Leading Early Learning PreK to Grade 3 is a 5-module series coupled with 90-minute online, facilitated professional learning community experiences (PLCs) following each module. The series will culminate with the final PLC which will be a half-day gathering. Leading Early Learning modules are designed to build understanding of the components of evidence-based, high-quality early childhood (PreK-3) learning environments and approaches that promote diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices. The module content promotes knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and leadership abilities to support children, teachers, and families during this pivotal time in children’s development. Participants will explore the application of series learning to ongoing practice and develop a self-designed application project (Action Plan). The audience for this training is administrators and lead teachers who support PreK to Grade 3 classrooms.
